1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AvisionQR, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. B2B2B2C Relationship
AvisionQR provides a platform for Vendors to create and manage digital assets for their own Clients (Business Owners). AvisionQR is not a party to any agreement between Vendors and their Clients.
Vendors are responsible for billing their Clients and managing their own commission structures. Any disputes regarding retail charges or commissions must be resolved between the Vendor and the Client.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." AVISIONQR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
AvisionQR does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You use the service at your own risk.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AVISIONQR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE.
AvisionQR's total liability for any claim under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to AvisionQR in the three months prior to the claim.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for safeguarding your account access and for any activities or actions under your account. AvisionQR cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
